Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to merchandise purchased from Wynning Studios (ABN 87 684 748 712) and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or a replacement. A major problem is one where the item:
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from its description or sample;
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot easily be fixed; or
- has a defect that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying it had they known.
If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair the item, replace it or provide a refund. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (and within 30 days of delivery) with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace or refund the item in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover any reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Change of mind
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. As a courtesy, we may offer an exchange or store credit where:
- you contact us within 30 days of delivery;
- the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition with any tags and packaging intact; and
- you can provide proof of purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we have received and inspected the returned item (where applicable), please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed and for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
